In yesterday’s session, we acknowledged a necessary evolution. We are moving away from the “Titans” and “Thursday Hot Seat” session names; a shift that reflects our desire to be more finitely focused and to stay in the lane where we belong.
We looked closely at the internal friction we feel when daily plans are interrupted. That momentary twinge of irritation is a precise diagnostic tool; it highlights exactly where we are still trying to force an outcome. Instead of viewing these moments as problems to be managed, we recognise them as markers of where we are still clinging to an ego-driven sense of control.
All indecision (and decision) comes from being in two minds. If we weren’t in two minds, would there ever actually be a decision to make? One part of us operates from knowing, while the other is caught in fear and speculation. We explored the power of internal enquiry and the practice of consulting our inner guidance. In this space, the burden of decision or choice falls away and, with practise, the obvious next step always reveals itself.
We are resigning from the role of the business overlord. Moving away from heavy micromanagement and rigid tracking systems provides the distance necessary for growth-focused business owners to thrive. When the engine of the business is trusted to run, it often begins flourishing in ways that were previously blocked by our own overbearing or control. Recently proven by a Member who left the helm of his business for personal reasons, only to see it thrive in his absence.
This distance creates the space needed for a new sense of alignment and clarity to emerge. When we have the courage to be present, we find that there is a subtle guidance which has always been there. Many call it intuition or inner guidance.
This shift happens not because the circumstances changed, but because our perspective or perception did. It is in these moments of presence, through letting go of everything superfluous that we find the genuine freedom we have been building toward all along.
