In yesterday’s Meeting of the Titans, we were reminded of the amazing gift that it is to have the opportunity to deep-dive into the business workings and industries of fellow successful entrepreneurs and business leaders, which some may not have access to.
The Member in focus revealed an early-stage vision, intention and plan which will see his tech business change significantly from how it operates currently, eventually phasing out this approach entirely, as the new iteration takes over.
He took the opportunity to use the Brains Trust as a sounding board and safe space to discuss his plans and was vulnerable that the size and scope of this new vision was testing his confidence – exactly the kind of vision that is worth pursuing 🙂
He gained valuable perspectives, insights and tips from the collective experiences of the Brains Trust, from both Members who are in his industry and also those who aren’t.
It was a great reminder that the opportunity to share in-depth and facilitated discussions across industries and individual areas of genius is a true privilege.
And that, even though the focus was with one Member, the benefits to all in the session are always plentiful and potent.
