In yesterday’s Thursday HotSeat, we hosted a Special Guest in the form of a valued M+ Club Member, who shared his experience and knowledge with the ITM group, to support their growth and success.
These Special Guest slots are an invaluable opportunity for those building their businesses to really dig into the background, journey and wisdom of a fellow, successful business leader in a much deeper way, gaining insights and proven strategies, which accelerate their progress.
We learnt how this leader’s business began part-time in his own garage, and how he has grown to $5M turnover this year (was $2.6M when he joined us nearly two years ago), with record months over the last few months and exciting new products nearly ready for launch which will see him take his business growth much further.
He also shared his secrets to being able to achieve this whilst regaining his work/life balance and ensuring he has ample quality time with his wife and two teenage sons. He now knocks off at 3pm most days. A big part of his ability to do this he attributes to daily practices and methods that he’s learnt since being a Member of the Club.
