Specifically, I am looking for an authentic and successful Membership Development Manager (Business Development Manager) who wants to earn top dollar and be part of a movement to make this world a happier and more successful place.
Million Dollar Business Club’s Mission: We Elevate the Consciousness of Entrepreneurs, Business Leaders, and their Partners, Directly Impacting and Significantly Improving the Businesses they Build and Grow, the Products and Services they Develop and Distribute, and Quality of Life on Our Planet.
We have a collaborative, purpose-driven culture and exceptional team (or Success Family, as we like to call it) and are looking for a long-term addition who can grow with us.

- Excitement to work with and learn from a hugely competent and successful Sales Leader
- Thrive in a position where your success will be directly relevant to your efforts
- The ability to say No if someone isn’t a good culture fit with the Club (and the wisdom to know that this is the way to boom future sales)
- Proven experience in high ticket sales
- The willingness and capability to generate business from our growing following
- An interest in, and experience with marketing
- Approachable and with excellent communication skills, to build rapport with successful Entrepreneurs and CEOs
- A positive, expansive attitude and a will to succeed
- Coachable, with a keen interest in personal and professional development and thought leadership
- Live on the Gold Coast (or willing to relocate)
- Reliable transport to conduct face to face meetings with potential new Members in Brisbane as necessary
We have an exceptional sales process and an enticing commission structure to reward you with. After an initial 4 week training period which includes a base as part of your remuneration, you will receive higher commissions as a 100% commission-based role. Within 30-60 days we expect to pay you between $3,000 and $4,000 per week.
